Photo & Video Release

MOVA Club events may include photography and video. Before completing your registration, review the organizer’s information about recording, intended uses and publication channels in the event registration form. The image-release acknowledgement on this website is required before continuing to ticketing and starts unchecked. Any event-specific permission requested by the organizer must also be completed in the official registration form. A ticket purchase alone does not replace a separate image authorization. For questions about the use of your image, a correction or a removal request, contact MOVA Club through the contact link on this website before completing registration.
